Just read that Senator Sam Brownback of Kansas, a dark horse candidate, will end his quest for the GOP presidential nomination tomorrow. This is certainly welcoming news for the other remaining candidates, especially Mike Huckabee who positioning himself to be the conservative guy on the ticket, should Rudy Giuliani captured the nomination. With one less candidate taking up time, hopefully those future presidential debates will be more meaningful.
Mike Huckabee is going nowhere. He barely managed to raise $1 million in the third quarter, and he spent 80% of it. He only has $650 thousand cash on hand. He's a darling of the evangelical right, but they're not rallying behind him.
If you're looking for a solid Republican who is anti-abortion, at least put your money on Ron Paul. He's gaining ground, fast.

I concur with you Mr Whipple about Ron Paul. Brownback never got any traction in this race.
