Miller and Blais campaign press releases seem to come in pairs. This came over the transom a little while ago:
Jeff Miller Raises over $50,000 at Orange County Fundraiser
ORANGE COUNTY, CA – Republican Assembly candidate Jeff Miller raised $54,000 yesterday at a fundraiser at the St Regis Resort in Monarch Beach. Miller is the leading Republican candidate in the 71st Assembly district.
The event, hosted by numerous top tier GOP donors, including Hadi Makarechian, Duane Roberts and Jim Previti, featured comments by special guests, Congressman Ed Royce and Assemblyman Mike Duvall.
“Jeff graduated from Foothill High in Tustin,” said Congressman Royce. “He graduated from Cal State Fullerton with his degree in criminal justice. He built his business in Orange County, where his family lived in the district for over 25 years, and expanded it into Riverside County. Jeff has been fighting for traffic relief and crime victims on both sides of the county line for decades.”
“Jeff Miller is an Orange County guy who is the only candidate that can get things done because his personal and business base is the entire region,” said Assemblyman Duvall.
Miller is Chairman for the Republican Party of Riverside and Mayor Pro-Tem of Corona. Last year, he served as Statewide Co-Chair for Jessica’s Law – Proposition 83.
“Jeff has proven time and time again what he is capable of doing to help advance our party and conservative principles,” said Miller consultant Dave Gilliard.
If all these numbers are accurate the RNC/CRP ought to ask Miller to forget about running for the Assembly. We need him to be Finance Chair for the Party. This guy is a fundraising machine!

Bates vs. 50K? That is an easy one. Today goes to Miller.
Has Blais released any kind of fundraising numbers for this period? All I have seen are endorsements.
