All others - no

I think they will all vote Aye due to voter pressure.

Same as Jim--Moorlach & Norby aye, the rest no.

Nguyen will obviously vote no. That's why Street hired her lawyer in the first place, to make sure he had her vote.
Also, Bates will go along with Janet. Pat hates confrontation and will move heaven and earth to avoid anything bloody.
John and Chris vote yes.
That leaves Bill. Does he stand with the men or the women?
We'll see tomorrow but if I had to bet the farm, I say he lines up with the girls.

Norby - yes

Nguyen - will abstain due to conflict with her attorney (of which one is NOT present!)
Bates - no

I like flowerszz angle - but really, that's not a conflict.
Most likely - there will be no decision tomorrow.

ALL YES.
One of the few "good" unilateral decisions they'll make this year.

Nguyen - No pending further investigation
Bates - No pending further investigation

Chances are, Street will retain his investment portfolio tomorrow because it takes 4 votes to adopt Moorlach's resolution.

Moorlach & Norby Yes
Nguyen, Bates, & Campbell No

Moorlach and Norby will vote yes. Bates and Campbell will vote no. Janet will abstain due to the attorney conflict (although not a legal conflict, it can be construed as an ethical/political conflict, and she would be wise to abstain).
As such, Moorlach's proposal will die due to the tie vote.

I agree and it's a smart thing for Bill to lining up with "the girls". They can now form a new majority and let Norby and Moorloch pontificate until the cows come home!
