A friend of mine attended the grand opening of BOE 3rd District office yesterday in Rolling Hills Estates. According to him, Michelle Steel's office is located within a high-end shopping mall with restaurants, retail stores and a movie theater. Several reporters showed up to provide local coverage of the event. About 300 people were in attendance. Here are the pictures that was forwarded to me:
