UPDATE: Wall Street Journal Commentary - A Real 9/11 Cover-Up, By Cyrus Nowrasteh
On the eve of the sixth anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade Center, the Pentagon, and Flight 93, media is abuzz with more 9/11 controversy.
Last week the LA Times ran an article in which it interviewed respected filmmaker Cyrus Nowrasteh about last year's hit television miniseries, Path to 9/11. In that interview and numerous interviews since, Nowrasteh asserts that an unnamed executive at Disney told him, "if Hillary weren't running for president, this wouldn't be a problem."
In my own interview with Nowrasteh, he expanded on his frustration that Disney refuses to release the DVD of Path to 9/11; a movie the public deserves to see. Nowrasteh asserts, "There is no rational reason for this DVD to not be out and I hope [Disney] will release it." He continued, "For all the attacks on Fahrenheit 9/11, for all of the attacks on the Reagan miniseries, both of those were released and they are both available on DVD. It's only The Path to 9/11 that has been buried."
So what is all of the controversy about? Even if you saw the television premier of Path to 9/11, you probably have not seen the original uncut scene that set off last year's fire storm. What was it that motivated Bill Clinton, Sandy Berger, Harry Reid, and others to pressure ABC to cut the scene by two minutes just before the network broadcast? Click on the scene below to view it as the filmmakers wanted you to see.

Conservative actor Chuck Norris filled in for Sean Hannity in January on Hannity & Colmes. (He should really stick to martial arts.)
Norris commented on Hannity’s plans to broadcast the fictitious scenes that ABC cut from its controversial docudrama, “The Path to 9/11.” In one fabricated scene, which ABC acknowledges was “improvised,” former National Security Adviser Sandy Berger is shown refusing to give the order to the CIA to take a clear shot at Osama bin Laden.
That night, Norris said, “I hate to see a movie used as a political platform, whether it’s leaning right” — which he said while gesturing to the left — “or leaning left” — said while gesturing to the right. Moreover, he said, if the Berger scene did not happen, it “should not have been in the film.”

Interesting you would choose Chuck Norris as your national security guru. What about Jet Li or Jackie Chan?

"if the ... scene did not happen, it “should not have been in the film.”
Somebody pass this news on to Oliver Stone and Michael Moore.

Good Lord....if it did not happen..it should not have been in the film??? Yes this is something that should be legislated and forced upon Hollywood for the "documentaries" they produce are usually filled with things that didn't happen or they wished had happened to make conservatives look bad. Chuck is a bit naive.
