"Jose said it's incorrect to claim he is keeping the bill bottled up in the Public Safety Committee he chairs. He said it could have been brought to a vote last week"

Could have been brought to a vote?

That's like saying that I could have gone to the moon, but I have no rocket.

Many are to blame for failing to do the business of the people instead of the bidding of the unions.

Public Safety Chairman Jose Solorio and his committee, Greg Aghazarian (R-Stockton), Joel Anderson (R-San Diego), Hector De La Torre (D-South Gate), Fiona Ma (D-San Francisco) and Anthony J. Portantino (D-La Cañada Flintridge) as well as Assembly Speaker Fabian Nuñez (D-Los Angeles)for failing to replace Leno and his failure to speak out on this bill and hold officers responsible in the same manner he publicly convicted the officers in the MacArthur Park May Day melee
