Sen. Sam Brownback to share thoughts on key election issues
Orange County, Calif. – Atlas Political Action Committee continues its speaker series with presidential candidate U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback (R-KS) on Wednesday, June 27, 2007. A location has not been determined.
Atlas PAC is a strong advocate for exploring many of the issues Sen. Brownback is focused on, such as consumer-based solutions to health care reform and meaningful tax reform including an optional flat tax.
“It is truly an honor to host such a strong advocate for taxpayers’ rights, and more importantly, a U.S. Senator and candidate for president,” said Lee, Lowrey, chairman of Atlas PAC. “Our membership will greatly benefit from this opportunity and we look forward to hearing the Senator’s thoughts on the economic future of our country.”
In the U.S. Senate, Sen. Brownback serves on the Appropriations, Judiciary, and Joint Economic Committees. He is the Ranking Member on the Joint Economic Committee, the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Subcommittee, as well as the subcommittee responsible for the Constitution. He is a founding member of the Senate Fiscal Watch Team.
