Yes, there are only four days until you get have your chance to skip work or cut school and protest against the federal government enforcing federal immigration laws (it's just so racist!).
The gathering point for marcher and truant high schoolers is:
3:00 PM Plaza De Las Banderas
Calle Civic Center
(Broadway y Flower-Atras de la Corte)
Santa Ana, CA
In Ingles por los gabachos:
3:00 PM Plaza of the Flags
Civic Center Drive
(Broadway and Flower- Behind the Courtyard (I think))
Santa Ana, CA
Be there or be racist!
Maybe they'll burn down that city (santa Ana) they've turned into a toilet!

Hmmm, am I being unfair questioning the choice of May 1 for the march?
No.

Wait--how can you be truant if the march is at 3pm?

Gustavo -- an excellent point, which I overlooked amidst all the online rhetoric about staging walkouts on May 1.
We'll see what happens on May 1.

It is not that the law, in and of itself, is racist. It is really that the motivation behind the law and the people who support it that tend to be racist.

I reason they can take off work is because the american people employ them. Stop and they will go home. Our welfare system will stop being over worked, our hospitals will be open to those that pay. Housing in the resort area will be no problem. Santa Ana will be cleaned up. You won't have to speak spanish in order to get a job. SIMPLE....

A little something to expect on Bristol Street on May 1. This is what was going on last year.
