There is a pro WalMart vigil. Its called the "smart consumer". While all those protectionists are outside whining, we'll be inside saving money on products they are willing to pay more for and singing Christmas Carols.

Former Orange County Supervisor and state assemblyman Bruce Nestande pleaded not guilty today to a felony charge of lying to an insurance company about his alleged role in a drunken driving incident.
