With regards to JWA's Passenger Facility Charges (PFC), there was a great story in yesterday's WSJ which studied the use of LAX's PFC: Over the past 15 years, LAX spent less than 5% for facilites at the airport. The rest funded soundproofing efforts in the neighborhoods around the airport -- plus a new terminal and other improvements 50 miles inland at the Ontario, Calif., airport.

Wonder (really) how much JWA actually uses for the propsed facility.
