More On The Vector Control Pension Spike Vote

Here is a more detailed break down of the Vector Control District Board vote on the proposed pension spike. It initially passed on first reading in October by an 18-11 vote, and was subesquently defeated on the second reading by a vote of 16-14 (I had erroneously reported that vote as 16-13).

The reason for the flip was two directors -- Westminster Councilman Frank Fry and Santa Ana's representative, Fred Bella -- changing their votes from "Yes" to "No", and some of the "Yes" votes not showing up for the second reading.
