Unfortunately for all, El Pistolero is not technically proficient enough to create a graphic of the Drudgereport home page and paste it here. I was able save the page off of the web, and attach it for your perusal.

The headline on Drudge: CALIFORNIA MAY BUILD TUNNEL IN QUAKE REGION.
So how much did the Irvine Company pay Matt Drudge for that spin? LOL. I call it the "Irvine Company Tunnel" because they are so opposed to traffic coming anywhere near their ranch. Besides, the executives there look at the convenience shortening the travel-time for a day of wine-tasting in Temecula with disdain. Only French wines for those blue-blood Brooks Brothers types at TIC!
Here is the AP story you get if you click the link on Drudge.
(I know Lurk's post below references this item, but I figured I would post the graphic since by the time you click to Drudge's page, the story will have likely cycled off.)
It was obviously a slow news day for Drudge and this AP article popped up and he went with it. He always makes the headline catchy.
