District staff members from various legislative offices in The OC have gotten together to shake their head in disgust as Assemblyman Todd Spitzer injects himself in to the far flung reaches of Orange County (read areas way outside the 71st AD) in order to issue proclamations and certificates to everyone and their great aunt from San Clemente to Seal Beach. Todd is going to have to spend a lot of state money on high end proclamation paper to get anywhere near Tony in this DA race.
