Ramifications Of Nativo Lopez Ruling

FR Blogger Michael Houston has an excellent summary and analysis of last week's 9th Circuit Court ruling on petitions used to qualify the Nativo Lopez recall.

I saw Houston's picture on the blog. Is he old enough to drink?

Jubal:

You're right, Houston's review is excellent.

It sounds like we need a modification to state law that clarifies this issue. This ruling is bad for the people, regardless of party affiliation.

Maybe one of our Local Elected State Officals could champion this cause.
